Swanotes is an AI-powered study tool that generates exams, notes, and learning content from material you upload. It is operated from Bengaluru, India. By creating an account or using Swanotes you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the service.

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process your content to provide the service (for example, sending an uploaded PDF to an AI provider to generate an exam). You are responsible for having the right to upload the material you submit.

AI-generated exams, grades, explanations, and notes can be inaccurate. They are study aids, not authoritative assessments or professional advice. Always verify important information against your source material.

• No attempts to break, overload, probe, or circumvent limits of the service.
• No uploading unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights.
• No reselling or automated bulk use of the service without our written permission.
• No academic misconduct: follow your institution's rules when using Swanotes.

Paid plans are billed through Dodo Payments at the price shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the billing portal and keep access until the end of the paid period. Where required by law (including for consumers in the EU and UK), statutory withdrawal and refund rights apply.

You can stop using Swanotes and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and the effective date above will be updated. These terms are governed by the laws of India unless the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence applies. Questions: [email protected].
